DMCA Copyright Policy
NXM Technologies LLC (d/b/a “Handl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we respond to properly submitted claims of alleged copyright infringement.
This policy applies to https://wehandl.io and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that material available on or through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL);
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user who posted the content.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your judicial district (or if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Handl maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
We may also limit access to the Services or terminate accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights of others, even in the absence of repeated infringement.
4. Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability under applicable law.
